I am a 60 year old woman. My only daughter died of cancer on June 8th , and on July 6th my son was arrested for aggravated vehicular homicide. First of all they they lied by alcohol level on him, he has the autopsy reports of one of the guys who passed away in the car and it was exactly the same thing they said his was and then 3 hours later they did a blood test and it showed nothing except the tiny Trace in his system.

They never even let him have a trial. They sentenced him to 25 years after the prosecutor told him the night before sitting there with his lawyer which was appointed by the judge that he was only going to get eight years.
